Born and raised in St Helens, Merseyside, Ryan purchased his first property at 18—a two-bedroom mid-terraced house for £67,000. Since then, he has built extensive experience across a range of investment strategies, including buy-to-let, HMOs, commercial conversions, and new-build developments.
By leveraging both regulated and unregulated finance markets, he has grown his property portfolio to over 30 income-generating assets.
Alongside his property investments, Ryan founded an estate agency in 2019, covering sales and lettings across St Helens, Prescot, and surrounding areas.
His wider business interests include a financial services company providing mortgage and insurance solutions, as well as ownership of three bakeries and other food-related ventures.
