& Refunds

Overview

As a consultancy providing professional services, we do not supply physical goods. Therefore, traditional shipping and returns policies do not apply. This policy outlines how bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled in relation to our services.

 

Bookings & Payments

All consultancy sessions, courses, and training programmes must be booked in advance. Payment is required to secure your place.

Consultations

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a consultation, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: session can be rescheduled

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: session may be forfeited

Courses & Training Programmes

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and educational services, we do not offer refunds once a course or training programme has been purchased or attended.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are committing to the programme and understand that results are not guaranteed.

Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a booked session, event, or programme without prior notice will result in the loss of that session without refund.

Delivery of Services

 

All services are delivered either:

  • In person

  • Online (via video call or digital platforms)

Details will be provided upon booking.

No Guarantees

We provide guidance, strategies, and consultancy based on experience. However, we do not guarantee specific results or financial outcomes. Success depends on individual effort, implementation, and market conditions.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. We strongly recommend carrying out independent due diligence before making any investment decisions.
